Marco Di Girolamo is the Principal of Spoke Capital. Recently, Marco served as a Senior Vice President at Brookfield Asset Management for more than a decade. During this time, Marco managed select institutional relationships and built out the Single Family Office business in Canada for Brookfield. Previously, Marco advised family offices as a Director/Portfolio Manager for UBS Private Bank, managing discretionary portfolios on an absolute return basis and leading business development activities across Canada. Prior to this role, Marco consulted technology companies in Silicon Valley with Gartner Consulting. In 2006, Marco founded Terra Firma, a registered charity focused on delivering critical water and power infrastructure to the world’s most disadvantaged. Ryan Phillips-Page is Founder and CEO of Operation Water, and Co-Founder, Board Member, & Executive Director of Terra Firma, a registered Canadian charity which has partnered with Operation Water to develop water infrastructure projects in developing countries. He is also a Board Member of Even Ground, a non-profit that funds community-based programs serving disadvantaged youth in South Africa, and an Advisor to Latin American Leadership Academy, which promotes sustainable economic development and strengthens democratic governance in Latin America by developing and connecting a new generation of principled and socially innovative leaders.
Gordon Frost

Gordon Frost is the leader of Mercer’s Career business in Canada and is a member of Mercer’s Canadian leadership team. He is responsible for a broad team of professionals that provide services across the spectrum of Mercer’s Career business. Gordon first joined Mercer in 2000 and has been based in both Canada and the US. He then spent over 2 years as the Vice President of Global Compensation for a Canadian multi-national organization before re-joining Mercer in his present leadership role in 2013. Gordon completed a Business Administration (MBA) from Western, and a bachelor’s degree in commerce with great distinction from McGill University.

Marco Chong is currently Venture Partner at Lian Group in Geneva, Switzerland – a private equity firm focused on investments in global disruptive technology companies. He also actively serves on the Advisory Board of SinoSwiss Holding, a privately held Chinese technology investor and accelerator which invests in high growth European technology start-ups and assists them in expanding into the China marketplace. Prior to these roles, Marco has worked as a venture capital investment advisor to a family office, co-managed a strategic and transaction advisory boutique serving entrepreneurs and growth companies, and held a variety of roles at Swisscom AG, including Investment Manager at Swisscom Ventures. He holds an MBA from London Business School and a BA in Political Science and International Relations from Boston College.
Yogesh Mago

Yogesh Mago is Founder and President of Operation Water. He is also a Senior Advisor to Ospraie Ag Science LLC, the venture arm of Ospraie Management LLC, a commodities investment firm. Yogesh serves on the Board of Directors of Marrone Bio Innovations, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed company which discovers, develops, and commercializes bioprotection and plant health solutions. In addition, he is Chairman of the Board of 5Metis, Inc., which innovates new modes of action for sustainable food production by combining boron-based small molecule discovery and synthetic biology. Furthermore, Yogesh is on the Board of Directors of the Canadian charity, Terra Firma, as well as the Advisory Board of Girl Rising, the nonprofit organization behind the worldwide social action campaign for girls’ education and empowerment.
